And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts. Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.
These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
The Weekly Sabbath; The Passover; The Days of Unleavened Bread; The Day of Pentecost; The Day of Trumpets; The Day of Atonement; The Feast of Tabernacles; The last Great Day, Lev 23:1-44.
The God Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of Israel, the One and only God, for there is none other but Him, is the author of reality, for He is the reality of all existence as all things are by Him, through Him and for Him. He tells us, “I am, and there is none but Me”.
He is the Almighty, the All seeing, All wise and All understanding. There is nothing He doesn’t know and nothing He cannot do, and He knows the end from the Beginning because He is in total charge and in total control.
Brethren, God does nothing in vain and is not repetitious; He doesn’t do anything just for the sake of it or for the heck of it. He doesn’t try just to keep busy for eternity. For everything there is a season under the sun and for everything there is a purpose under the stars, and for everything there is a reason and everything has a cause and all come under the domain and the Will of the supreme God who has an awesome supreme Master Plan.
God cannot stand still; He cannot stand idle as time goes by and twiddle His thumbs. God’s nature is artistic, its intellectual, technical, mathematical, mechanical; He is wonderfully organized, structured, at the same time fluid and flexible; He is constructive and not destructive, He is a builder.
God in form and substance is All Power, surrounded by indescribable Glory and Splendor; He has inherent Life, everlasting life, He is the source of all life; He is self energizing from the incomprehensible and infinite storage wells within Himself; from Him emanates infinite power and energy to sustain all that is and all that He creates, all that is reality, from everlasting to everlasting.
God in Essence is a spiritual Being in every way, existing in a spiritual reality; as physical material beings of temporary physio-chemical existence do we truly comprehend the Realm of God’s Eternal nature and existence? Absolutely NOT! But the scriptures do reveal that He is Holy and Divine, absolutely without sin and therefore Righteous in every way; Righteousness is His Right Hand and Goodness His Left Hand; together they give perfect Judgment and Justice as they open the books of life, law, judgment and works; brought forth from the impenetrable depths of His Eternal Intellect, wisdom, understanding and knowledge; and from where truth originates and is revealed to the sons of men and also enlightens the spirit of angles.
Brethren, this is the God we worship! And he is much, much more than this. He IS Life, He IS existence and Reality, He is infinite power and above all, He IS Love; God’s definition of Love and not mans.
Secondly, by His very nature, as seen in the fruits of His labor, a labor of Love, together with all of God’s supreme attributes and His Eternal perfect character, God is Creator! God’s reality and the realm of His existence, which the scriptures reveal as, “The Third Heaven”, as already mentioned is spiritual and therefore composed of spirit. The physical material universe with all its physical laws and attributes is a product of God’s labor of love, but for whom? for Himself, or for His Angles?
God’s realm, the third heaven, is spirit and spiritual, and hence God himself has no need of the physical and material. But, it was created for a wonderful awesome purpose; for the benefit of others in their growth, development, creativity and enjoyment for eternity. However, Lucifer, a very powerful Archangel, and a third of the angles that were given charge over the Earth, rebelled against God and His Government and sinned a great sin; Lucifer became Satan (the devil symbolized by the red dragon) the adversary and the angles became known as demons and servants of Satan, who gave birth to sin.
Their nature (now set in concrete) became one of rebellion and hostile against God and sin was personified in them; as all their conduct has evil motives and agendas who’s desire is to attempt to set up their own New World Order, kingdom if you will, separate from God. Because of this they disqualified themselves from inheriting and possessing this material and physical creation, to magnify it and continue God’s labor of love. What then is the conclusion; we are left with the inescapable question of why man. Man whom God made purposely in His own image and likeness but in the flesh, material and physical, was created as part of a supreme Master Plan of God, as God does nothing in vain.
Since Lucifer and those angles under him failed to inherit due to rebellion and sin, man was so created in God’s image and likeness as part of the fulfillment of God’s Master Plan, and as the Holy scriptures tell us, “man is to inherit All things under Jesus Christ”, after he is purified and made ready by and through blood, water and fire.
God’s people are already aware that God is a family name, and the family at present is composed of the Father who is the most high, and the Son (Word of God, who is also God with God) Jesus Christ the savior of mankind. It then logically follows, as man is created in the image and likeness of God, that man was created to expand the family of God from two to many, many billions of supreme beings for the purpose of inheriting all things and to expand the family and therefore kingdom of God throughout the cosmos. We can only conclude from this, and it is the only conclusion possible from the Word of God, that God is reproducing Himself through the expansion of His current two member Family, and as a consequence His Kingdom by raising sons and daughters from flesh and blood humankind; God created man in His own image and likeness from the dust of the ground for that ultimate supreme monumental purpose; making Him in reality our creator as well as our Father, as He alone gave us this mechanical, biological physio-chemical life; just as God’s end time Apostle taught His people over many years until his death.
For now we are His children in the flesh and God is our Father in the Spirit, later we shall become His sons and daughters in the Spirit as Christ had become, and who is the pioneer of our salvation, but with the uniqueness of having been the first and only begotten son of God.
God made man in His image and likeness, but of material and physical for a reason. As God’s people understand, physical man, made of matter having developed a carnal nature cannot inherit the kingdom of God (for one thing, man sinned from the beginning and incurred the penalty of eternal death) or eternal life as he is.
The wonderful thing about this first stage of man’s creation is that man can change even after he chooses to go the wrong way; he can repent and be converted and change direction and walk with God once God calls him and grants him repentance. Angles cannot as is evident with the one third of the angles who sinned in Lucifer’s rebellion. Once their minds were set in a certain direction it became set in concrete and they cannot change, nor do they want to because of it. But man can change because he is physical and material. God in His infinite wisdom, mercy, compassion and love created man with the potential to receive the free gift of life and inherit the kingdom of God, after God grants him repentance and his mind is opened; if he wants to and chooses to do so.
Man has a choice and can change after he sins, whereas demons do not and cannot, and that’s the huge difference between man and angles; because man was made flesh and blood with the capacity to change; spirit cannot once a direction is set in the mind. The beauty of God’s grand master plan is that its full proof and instituted in loving mercy; and ultimately if men do not choose to go God’s way, the end result is eternal death, i.e. non existence and not eternal suffering and misery. God’s end time Apostle labored on this point due to it being so important to remember and understand.
Man had to therefore be made and than brought to a state where he could inherit the kingdom of God, the universal cosmos and all things and be responsible for and manage the astronomical task set before him for eons and eons of time. Brethren, God has not left us in ignorance of these things, of the things of God that are so indescribable, so immense, so immeasurable in size and scope and of the spirit that our minds cannot contain them.
No brethren, God has not left His chosen called out ones, His elect, whose names have been written in the book of life since before the foundation of this world, in ignorance. To repeat, he has not left us in ignorance! From Enoch to the present, God in His profound unfathomable wisdom, has revealed His Grand Slam Master Plan to His spiritual children in such a brilliant manner, that not only does it reveal but continually year by year reminds us of who God is, What He Is and what is His Awesome Master Plan; and what and why man.
And here it is brethren: Firstly, God is reproducing Himself, expanding His God Family through the creation of physical man. And to this end, the key is Christ, the door is Jesus, the Way is the Word of God and the Holy Spirit opens the mind and gives the understanding, and God the Father reveals and oversees all. And this work of Love could not be understood otherwise.
Secondly, in His great wisdom God reveals His Master Plan in His Word the Holy Scriptures, through His command and instructions in the observance of His Holy Day festivals. Not only do they reveal but also are a continual reminder year by year of God’s great love and purpose for mankind; the weekly Sabbath; the annual: Pass Over, the Days of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, the Day of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, the Feast Of Tabernacles and the Last Great Day. How brilliant is God! We, of all peoples of the earth are without excuse brethren, and God is not mocked. Let not anyone fool himself otherwise.
The weekly Sabbath and the annual Holy Days continually remind, refresh and reinforce God’s Labor of Love for mankind, and leaves us with no excuse in our Christian trek and the keeping of the faith once delivered as well as our service of love one to another, especially as the time draws near. It is not the intent of this writing to explain the meaning of the Holy Days. God’s people should all be very familiar with the meaning and purpose of the weekly Sabbath and each of the seven annual Holy days that reveal God’s purpose and plan for man. God’s Apostle of the end time has taught through many sermons and written ample church booklets to that affect, and most if not all brethren have access to them. A refresher course will not go astray for all of us as the days grow darker and the time left should be wisely used.
Brethren, we have recently observed Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles and The Last Great day; with great sermons given on their meaning and symbolism, being yearly reminded as their awesome purpose is explained and reinforced in our psychic; the role they play in God’s plan of redemption for man revisited. And God’s Grand Master Plan for each one of us once again finely focused and re-tuned, and again clearly defined and weaved into our faith; the faith once delivered which began from the very lips of Christ Himself nearly 2000 years ago and restored in these end time through God’s end time apostle, Mr. H.W. Armstrong, and hopefully reminded in this writing.
Brethren, we should now be equipped to face the next six months with revitalized spiritual energy; with fire in our belly and passion in our hearts, with the law and commandments, and the knowledge and purpose and plan of God being a sign between our eyes, with His name written on our foreheads. If anyone feels lacking in any of these elemental teachings and in the understanding of the faith once delivered, then he or she should be reevaluating what they are listening to and from whom.
The gospel of the kingdom of God has already been proclaimed to the whole World as a witness unto all nations fulfilling Math 24:14. Christ also said that this generation will not pass away till all these things mentioned happen, Matth 24:34, Luk 21:31-33. And the command from Christ is to: one, pray and watch to be found worthy to escape all these things to come, Luk 21:22, 36, and two, to endure and overcome to the end to be saved, Matth 24:13. Brethren, as we approach the end times the way for our Lord Jesus Christ return has been and is being truly prepared in those who are filled with the Holy Spirit and who love and fear the God of Israel, and obey His Commandments, by Christ himself.
Brethren, beware of the Mark of the Beast to be soon enforced on the unbelievers of the world; because it will be branded on those who have lost their way and let men take their crowns, and suffer the tribulation and the plaques of God along with the rest of mankind. Come out of this world and partake not of her ways and her feast; the Apostle John makes that very clear.
The following scriptures are very relevant for our day, as the day of our Lord is at hand.
Rev 7:3: Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
Rev 7:4: And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
Rev 9:4: And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
Rev 9:5: And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
Rev 13:16: And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Rev 14:1: And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
Rev 14:2: And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
Rev 20:4: And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Rev 20:5: But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Finally brethren, beware of the Beast itself, about to reveal its head through the EU; it is the system of world dominance and control through evil governance, and not a singular man. The man will simply be the representative of the head (global ruling elite) of the beast, just like the man of sin will represent the Mystery Babylonian religious system; both coming under Babylon the Great that rules the world with abominations. Brethren, watch the Middle East and Jerusalem, it is the focal point in time and place of end time prophesy. The Beast will stretch its arm and place its hand over Jerusalem, and when this happens know that our redemption draws near Luk 21:20, 28.
Events are moving fast brethren, the world is falling into worldwide tyranny and the dark shadow of the beast is fast spreading and unstoppable, marching on to fulfill prophetic end time climatic events ; therefore we need to be ever more steadfast, enduring in the faith and through trials that strengthen us pray and watch, for our salvation is nearer than we think.
Romans 13:11: And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
